Movement 5″ is entirely expected and reasonable, and weapon skill 5+ is shoddy but exactly what we get with Tau models, as are strength and toughness 3. Ballistic skill 3+ is a really nice feature, though, rising above almost all other Tau suits and infantry, and three wounds with 4+ armor is fairly snazzy as well.
